Reipe of the week

Bacon Dressing

About 3 strips of bacon fried and broken up in frying pan
1 Tbsp. Flour
1/2 tsp salt
5 to 6 Tbsp.sugar
1 egg
1/4 cup vinegar
3/4 cup water

Fry bacon. Stir into hot drippings 1 tablespoon flour. Add salt and sugar; cool slightly. Add to preceding the egg,vinegar and water. Whip together in a small bowl. Mix well and heat until thick pour over torn lettuce. Toss lightly

It best used on fresh leaf lettuce of the garden.

Adrew won 1st place in his Art project at school. It was displayed at the Jacson Mall and in downtown Hillsdale. He is very proud of it as his parents also.

Adam's new bike

Adam got a new bike that he won from School. It was from the libary who ever read so many book's got there name in a hat and Adam's name was picked. He is so proud of his new bike. It worth about &250.00. And yes he is only 1\2 inch shorter then his mom. Annette is having a hard time with this.

click it or ticket

The click it or tecket compane has been funded by the tax payers. It has been reported by the drive by media that 30 million dollars of our gas tax is paying for this years ticket or click it campane that is taking place this week and next. And then they say there is a need for more money. I don't belive them.

Birthday

Had a Birthday today. One year older today. WOW I getting old. Had a great time with the family and all. Went to Outback steak house in Jackson and it was a great day. The sun was out about 60 got some leaves racked felt good. How old am I? 39 of course. HA HA I wish. You will have to figure it out. Got home from work thrusday night and don't have to go back to work until monday morn. Well so much for me just talking here but remember where I live and stop by sometime you all. Tim

Winter in Michigan

We got new windows for our house as it will take another 100 years to pay for them.HA We like them alot and it sure makes a diffenance on the heat bill. As you can see I have some painting to do. If you all see the need to help let me know. If you need new windows let me know I get a kick back If I refer somone and they buy. We have been having some cold weather. Last week at this time it was about -8 degrees. this week about 19. I'm doing good I go to see the Doc tomarrow for my one year checkup for my hip. I'm sure everything will be great. I drove 108,000 miles last year for maverick in 10 months. We ahve not had much of a winter in Michigan as it is a bit over 1/3 over and bit of cold weather but not much snow due to the Elneno however it's spelled. and here is Adam playing his Tronebone. He is 1st Chair and is doing very well at it. If you want to here him play well you know where he lives. HA bye

Andrew Got to see rain deer and Santa today at the Poor house in Hillsdale. He was very excited about seeing Santa. It's 20 degrees here today with snow flerries. Adam felt he was to big to see santa. We are getting out new windows in this week so we should be warmer after this week. Tim

Annette Birthday

We had Annette's Birthday today as her parents was up and mom was there as well as Mary. We all had a great time. Here she is with her cake.

New Addtion

Congraduation to John and Rachel on the arrival of Ryan George Meholick. Born nov 8th. wighed 8 lb and 15 oz. at 0200. Rachel is my middle sister.

Our House

This a picture of our house. We did some improvements since this picture like a new roof and the two tree there on the left are gone. We like it. It was built in the 1830's we think. that's how far the deed goes back to anyway.

Adams Birthday

Adam had his 12 th Birthday last weekend. He had a great time. He is doing very well on his tronbone at school.

We are getting a new furnace this week.
